When winter arrives, the PROTO Invention Factory transforms into a magical Christmas world, where the Magic Forest awaits visitors. – a special installation of light, movement and fantasy. It is an experiential journey through a fairy-tale fir forest, where rotating and shining fir trees at different heights create a unique atmosphere, and each step reveals a new detail and discovery.

At the heart of the Magic Forest is a unique Christmas tree installation, created by artists, designers and students, often using clever technical solutions and recycled materials. This is how fir trees are born, combining the joy of invention, creativity and sustainable thinking. Each tree is unique – some shine in the play of light, some slowly rotate in space, some tell their own story through materials and design. Together they form a magical fir forest that can only be experienced at PROTO.

In addition to the visual experience, the Magic Forest also offers playful activities and family-oriented programs.. Visitors can take part in creative workshops where they can make Christmas decorations from recycled materials or create small inventions.
